Accommodations & Facilities

The doors OPEN at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 16, 2015. And CLOSE at 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 17, 2015.

Camping is included in your festival ticket price. Tents can be placed in the area around cabins 9,10, & 11 and on the left around the Arts & Crafts building. Signs will be posted to point you in the right direction.
For the safety of all, guide lines and tent pegs should be marked for visibility.

Each cabin can accommodate between 6 and 12 people. Each has a fireplace, which can be used provided it is attended at all time. If you are with a group that will fill a building and all tickets have been purchased, please contact us at so we can notate a single building for you to all stay in.
There are a limited number of cabins with bunks available around the site.

Please note, not all cabins have electricity. If you have a medical need for power (CPAP or the like), please contact once your ticket has been purchased.

It is our hope that you'll stay on site with us to better experience the full range of games. But should you desire something a little more civilized, there are many hotels in the area.

Food & Cooking:
There is a full kitchen in the main hall. Attendants are welcome to use the basic facilities, however we ask that you do not plan to do any extended cooking there.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator available for limited storage. If you do use this, be sure to keep all your supplies in one single bag and label it clearly with your name.

The campground does not provide utensils or pots/pans. We will have some basic supplies on site, but please bring anything you might need.
